On the recommendation to come here for my meat eating husband, we were not disappointed. The tasting platter was delicious! The only downside was the goat curry was too spicy for us.. the cocktail and wine list were great too! Would go back and would recommend to others..
Came in on a quiet Thursday night, bar was really quiet without anyone there but the staff were still in good spirits. Service was quick and efficient, bartender offered to make a drink for my partner since she wasn’t sure what she wanted and made an amazing watermelon and mint mojito. Ordered the platter for 2, the goat curry was the highlight. The BBQ and fried items were also up to standard, crispy yet with a nice layer of fat. The corn was nicely grilled, squid was not overdone and was amazingly tender, bread was definitely the highlight with the light coconut flavour. Only two small changes to the dish would be the coleslaw being served in a bowl (stuck to the paper by the end), more of the lemon mayo to dip things in, but honestly it was filling for 2 and couldn’t fault it otherwise

The tasting plate with shrimp, prawns, coconut bread, a delicious slaw? and various extremely tasty meats was fantastic. Everything seemed fresh and well put-together.Cocktails were excellent, the decor and music were very cool but relaxing. Bar and wait staff made us feel very welcome and served us promptly. The place was fairly busy on a Wednesday night. Looking forward to trying more of their fare.
