Had the $45pp yumchaWas ok. Salad needed more seasoning and dressing.Dips were nice with nice soft pita. Lacking for me was the cheese triangles and the octopus. Needed more flavour. Octopus was just dry and not nice. Wedges were also a little tacky and not very Greek style. Meats were tasty enough. Good option to order more at the end of the yumcha banquet thing, which we did.We came here as part of a group. Place was very busy and popular for functions. Service was pretty much nonexistent apart from when serving the food which was the only time we could stop someone for service.Much nicer places around. Not my favourite.
The express lite tapas menu for 2 was incredible. Very reasonable price, and very filling. Only downside was no air con inside on a very hot day. But food, service was great!
Good location and good service but the good was so greasy that we didn’t end up eating half of it. We were sharing and had a good spread but most things seemed deep fried and sat in a puddle of oil
We went with my wife today and we choose the all you can eat menu for 2. Everything wasn’t something great and wow the greek salad was for 1 and not for 2 very big tomatoes and cucumbers without salt the dippings was ok the haloumi as you seen was unacceptable how a chef can serve a burn piece of haloumi that mean that the kitchen doesn’t care what they serve very disappointment. The lamb on the spit no flavour was tender but with no flavours that wasn’t a taste of Greece and the service was ok was very polite.
Opah always has the freshest food. The yum Cha js great value for money but has however increased significantly in price. Can be quite noisey when it gets busy and there can be a decent wait on food during this time but food is always delicious.
The Lunch Greek yum cha was very slow in serving and honestly tasted like reheated leftovers from the night before. Will not be returning. Nice beach views if you can get the right table, but lots of traffic noise. Hope you have a better experience.
Went here on a Thursday night so that would explain why it was so empty. Having said that, other restaurants nearby were packed so I guess it’s something else that’s not bringing the crowd here. I’m gonna guess it’s the average food and ridiculous price tag. A main plate of lamb souvlaki or meatballs with 1 pita bread, small patch of roast veggies, Greek salad is not worth $35. Thank you very much. Enough for 1 person only. Meatballs were really dry. Although I have to say the quantity was good. That’s the only plus for this place sorry. Service was average and I’d really prefer people to write down the order so as to not get it wrong. No ones impressed by the server not writing it down.Whilst most places don’t charge for paying with your credit or eftpos card, this place did which is annoying. I don’t recommend this place because it’s not worth the price tag.
