This was truly thew worst dining experience that I have had EVER!!!!! I don’t normally like to complain particularly on-line but the staff had a ZERO care factor this evening & the food was the worst I’ve eaten probably EVER! I ordered ginger barramundi in a light soy sauce…..the FROZEN barramundi fillets came out swimming in the saltiest of soy sauce. I was sitting outside so completely got ignored the entire time whist waving my arms for at least 10 minutes whilst the 3 staff members were laughing, chatting & ignoring everything & everyone around them. I just couldn’t believe it. I knocked on the window that separated the outdoor from the indoor part of the restaurant & even then they wouldn’t acknowledge me. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! If I could rate it any lower that 1 or even -1 I would however the option isn’t there. I’m so angry & disappointed when you Are expected to have to pay for service & food that is so so bad & so hard to part with money when you know it just wasn’t worth it. A lesson for us all to learn. Do we get to pay for the food and service based on our experience or is it just expected to pay what’s priced on the menu regardless of the service or the misconception or misleading tempting wording on the menu. Sorry but tonight for me was the worst I’ve ever experienced & it takes so much for me to post a review but they got my blood boiling!!!! Change your staff, head chef needs to train the staff when he’s not on shift & train your staff on how to be accomodating to customers requirements & needs. I am also a restaurant owner & understand that it doesn’t always go according to plan but when the restaurant is so quiet, this is your opportunity to shine & make up for those crazy busy & inconsistent service periods.

Really unimpressive. Ordered the spring rolls which were flavourless and filling less, satay chicken skewers which were all thigh and what tasted like store bought peanut satay, definitely not made on site. The mixed grill was horrendous…horrendous…the chicken was gristly thigh and burnt, the meat was cheap blade and tough, the octopus was in edible, literally was so over cooked nothing could cut it. At least the prawns were ok but unfortunately they were only half de-shelled, unwashed and not deveined.I would strongly advise against this restaurant as these are pretty basic practices that have been disregarded, slack, lazy and slovenly.
I dined in. Service was prompt. Meal was tasty and well presented. I feel though if I hadn’t of asked for rice I wouldn’t have been asked by the waitress. Menu selection was plentiful. I would go back again to try something different.
Terrible, terrible food.. Just had Thai Face deliver what is quite possibly the worst Thai food I’ve ever experienced. Squid that was so far beyond rubbery it was more like rock and ‘steamed mix vegetable’ that was 50% raw onion. Called the store and attempted to let them know the food was inedible, but couldn’t be understood. No manager was available to speak to. I have enjoyed eating in at this restaurant under the previous name, but won’t be going back again.
