Relaxed beach cafe, with great burgers, atmosphere and view! I had the beef burger and it was the best I’ve had in a while….my girlfriend had the veggie burger with roasted tomato which looked amazing too. Capped off with some very smooth coffee!

I’d heard about this little cafe and thought we’d give it a go. We were impressed! Food was good and certainly good value for money. Servings were very generous – great for my teenage boys. Menu seemed to offer something for everyone – gluten free options were available too. Milkshakes and coffees were a hit with us also. We will definitely be back – highly recommend you give it a try 🙂

Great house made pie with salad. Simple but tasty. Awesome view, relaxed atmosphere. New owners have certainly made a huge difference!!

Poor quality and overpriced.. At Two Figs, you will pay $20 for one serve of fish and chips with salad. That’s without a drink. You’d really expect it to be one gourmet serving of fish and chips at that price, but sadly it is not. And it certainly wasn’t worth the half an hour wait. The grilled barramundi I received was pretty small, flavourless, and cooked dry. I wish I could say squeezing some lemon on it helped but it really didn’t.The chips that came with it were pretty average and some were soggy. I could also count on my two hands how many chips were in there. The salad was just an ordinary garden salad. For half this price at fish and chip shops elsewhere in surrounding suburbs you can get barramundi that is perfectly cooked with lots of flavour, and enough crunchy chips to feed two people, for around $10. Even if you upsize to a box of chips to feed four people, you still don’t pay $20.Why didn’t I choose something else on the menu? Because there really isn’t that much choice for gluten-intolerant people at this place, which is a shame because its not exactly an uncommon thing. Granted it is a burger place, but It’s not that hard to catch onto the trend of offering any burger on the menu with gluten free bread.I will not be going back to two figs. I’d rather go somewhere that charges realistic prices for good quality fish and chips, not mentioning any names… *cough*Ladyhill*cough*

Yup. Great cafe but frightened to hear about the Caesar salad. As my wife will attest, I judge most restaurants by their chicken Caesar. Im going down this weekend and put it to the test.Ok, Ive been and the Caesar was ok, not worth criticizing but not stellar. I still think this cafe rocks.
