Drove past this restaurant a few weeks ago, and decided to check it out. We walked in without a booking just recently, and were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar.Talk about luck – this place is excellent.Service is typically Japanese – wonderful. Food is absolutely amazing – we had some Salmon Sashimi, which just melts in your mouth, and then a few different cuts of Australian Wagyu.  I’m not sure how good the Japanese Wagyu is, but based on how good the Australian Wagyu is, it must be amazjngPrices are reasonable, not cheap but not expensive, and in line with other (very) good Japanese restaurantsOne little word of warning, and a suggestion for the restaurant: the wine list is very small, and whilst they have a very good range of Sake, it’s only sold in full bottles – they need to change this and start serving in the ‘usual’ 180ml bottles. A 750ml bottle is just too much Sake for one night. Adding a couple more white wines, and a couple more reds, would be a great idea too.
