My wife and I had dinner this evening at Bei Amici Restaurant in Double Bay which we had not visited for many years.Unfortunately our experience was not good in most respects.We had to send our food back (my meal twice!) as it was served lukewarm. Our waiter was very pleasant but this did not make up for the food not being hot.The main meals were ordinary and uninspiring and, in our view, overpriced.I do not enjoy criticizing restaurants but in this case, I think its fair to offer an honest opinion which may help to improve their food and service.At this time, we would not recommend Bei Amici to our family and friends.Yours truly,Allan and Denise KavnatBondi Sydney
