Having been here a number of times over the years, I can say my latest visit was rather disappointing. While little has changed at the club and it boasts the best real estate out there, the food is now much more down market. I ordered the salt and pepper calimari which was over cooked and cardboard like, the chips were almost inedible and and the salad was likely prepared last week. All points go to the view and zero for the food.
I couldn’t think of a better place to end my Saturday afternoon than with bubbles watching the ships go by. The fish and chips weren’t bad either, and your ice cream sandwiches Tops!! thejaxblog.com
