In the heart of the retail space within Lighthouse by Meriton sits P'Nut Street Noodles. P'Nut was created to share the sensory magic of my grandmother's Thai street side stall where I learned how to grind chilli paste and how to create delicious noodles. Honouring my childhood, I still cook using my grandmother's recipes, bringing you authentic Southeast Asian flavours and hospitality.
