A swim and breakfast here was a regular start to the weekend when I lived nearby and it seems like the ethos of the cafe hasn’t changed since then – grainy coffee and basic attempts at food, like the dry and uninspiring chicken burger for a whopping $17 without even any chips. The view of the harbour is wonderful, though, and the bay is a very peaceful setting, only ever getting crowded in the middle of the day on weekends.

I dropped my roll in he sand and I thought I could just get them to cut off the sandy bits. The owner just gave a new sandwich roll. Great views and very relaxing – the coffee is not so good. Wasn’t impressed with the breakfast either.
