I ate the breakfast bowl at Copo this morning. Great to have vegetarian options, which are not only healthy but really tasty. I sat upstairs in the sun, where there was a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and fast service. The coffee was so good, I had two have two cups.

I come here every few months as its a good place to meet up with friends in the middle of Sydney with enough parking. The coffee and food have been very consistent but service and food preparation is on the slow side. Their Campos coffee is above average.Ive tended to stick to the bacon and egg roll, BLAT or haloumi roll. All highly recommended. Today I had the smoked trout and fried egg with potato hash, tasty but a bit too greasy for me.

Looks like a decent place but not quite. We maybe ordering the wrong foods…Quick service and friendly staff. The mango smoothie was tasty, but the frappe was very icy and bland. Food wise, the Spanish baked eggs were quite good, a bit salty, but you get 3 eggs and plenty of chorizo, except we only found one piece of mozzarella cheese. The haloumi burger was excellent, juicy haloumi and very delicious roasted veggies. The cassava chips was quite innovative, but it was bland and a bit dense. The guacamole was nicely made. All in all, it wasnt excellent apart from the haloumi burger.

Came across Copo by chance and I was very glad I did. They have plenty of healthy options including products available for purchase. Their coffee was perfect, one of the best Campos coffees I’ve had. Their meals were what you would expect from the menu and more. Our dishes were fresh, delicious and generous. They catered to my allergies without any issues and the service was warm and helpful. We were given menus and water without having to ask and our server checked on us once we were finished. Definitely returning

This cafe has an industrial chic feel to it. Lots of dark untreated wooden benches and some gorilla dining tables that you share with other randoms, at times can create an interesting brunching experience, when you inadvertently overhear someone else’s conversation, due to such proximity. And on a gorgeous sunny day, you can head upstairs and sit in their courtyard eating your breakfast or lunch, as well as catching some sun ray.The food here is constistently good, a good variety to choose from and they serve campos coffee here, a bonus. The service is quite good here as well. This morning wasn’t a coffee kind of morning, I decided to order their freshly squeeze juice, and their charizo and halloumi roll, which helped me to get started on a grey Sydney day. It’s also one of those cafes that you can come, sit around sipping coffee whilst getting a bit of work done.
