My husband had tried booking a few times but could not get a reservation. He had heard such great reviews and finally was able to book for my Birthday. What a disappointment, the food was average and not well portioned for the prices charged and the service was non existent. I noticed all other guests received bread once seated, we had to ask for some. I had to pour my own wine once the first glass was poured. For the prices you are charged your expectations are set high and I find I will not be recommending this restaurant.
Thank you to the team at Ecco Ristorante for the exceptional service & fine dining experience right by the water on the 01/07. Parking was available infront of the restaurant as well as on the side parking around some residential homes. An intimate setting dining above the water with views of all the city lights. Staff were attentive & food was lovely- ‘tortino’ dessert (chocolate) was exceptional, as I on the spot requested a candle arrangement for my mums birthday, the waiter also sang happy birthday with us. Very happy with how the night turned out. Thank you Ecco ristorante, definitely will be returning & recommending!

Everything we had was top quality The arancini balls were small but tastyMost impressive was the salsa oysters,whatever they put in the salsa it perfectly blends in with the taste of the oyster,it maybe the best I had ever and my fianc agrees The spatchcock was cooked to perfection and my barramundi was soft and juicy.The sides all blended in well with the taste of the main It has water views but too bad at night you only see the reflection of the inside of the restaurant unfortunately Service while professional was at times hard to wave downDespite this we have thoughts to visit when there is more light to see the water viewsIt’s fine dining here and it’s worth going too
Delicious seafood – Gnocchi with Moreton Bay Bug, Grilled Barramundi and superb salads and vegetables. Beautiful views and attentive staff, a perfect spot.
Place is nice but the view is spectacular. We had 180 degrees view of sydney harbour. The menu is a little pricey the quality of the food and view make it worth while. Must try the arancini balls. They are mouth watering
Sunday lunch which was very enjoyable.Menu was very good, food top class, service outstanding and water vista relaxing. Can highly recommend Ecco for a visit.
My favourite Italian restaurant. You might pay a bit but it’s entirely worth it and the view and general ambience is beautiful. The owners are always genuine and happy to make sure you’ve had a great time.
