The food here is really inauthentic in my opinion. Ordered via Ubereats and was hoping it would taste ok based on the reviews. I was pretty disappointed. The naan breads tasted off. The bread didnt rise properly and was very thick and dense. The butter chicken was super sweet and buttery. My partner liked this but it definitely wasnt authentic. I also ordered the bhindi and aloo baigan. This lacked the depth of flavour I like in curry and were heavily drenched in tomatoes and onions. It almost tasted like a confused pasta sauce at some points. The okra was also old – almost had this strange wet dog taste/smell to it. Very unpleasant. These were still edible but definitely would not be something I would order again if I was after Indian. The cost was also pretty expensive for what I received. Beware if you are after actual Indian food!
