We have been regular customers for the last three years as its convenient to stop by on the way to home for a quick dinner.The owner does not have a sense of customer service. The two of us were asked to sit a table for two which we did not want to sit because of direct sunlight. There were enough tables for four. I requested if we can sit at one of those tables as they are empty. I understand he wanted to reserve them for a group of four but I never saw tables were fully occupied for the last three years.He still denied us to sit one of those tables even I offered that we will move a table if required later.His response was still no as he didnt want to setup a table again which I believe its a less than one minute job.So we left and mentioned that we will never come to here again.Oh well, he lost a regular customer due to a lack of customer service mind.
Great place for dinner. Had many great meals here and nothing disappoints. My wife is vietnamese and very fussy about where she eats – she loves it. The food is natural rather than artificial and doesn’t seem to have any added MSG. The restaurant is clean and the owner is very hospitable.The food is more from central Vietnam (Hue) rather than from Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City) so it is less like the the vietnamese from Cabramatta. Some people may think that some of the dishes are bland but they may not be aware that with Vietnamese food you add extra sauces or fresh chilli to give it the taste you like. Highly recommended.
