Had dinner here and wasn’t disappointed at all, it was more than just your typical pub meal a little expensive but worth it, the restaurant was clean and modern, the atmosphere was as you’d expect from a country pub with a lot more.
Great lunch menu. Prosciutto, prawn and rock melon salad was excellent; steak and veggies also well cooked and tasty. We sat in the sun in the outdoor courtyard.
A delightful surprising hotel in the West. Excellent food and cool drinks. A Wellington must stop for a feed, the best hotel in town. Calf and Cow is ideal for families with tasty and value for money meals.
Had lunch today at the Cow and Calf with the family. Tasty, value for money meals. Great service and extensive menu with daily specials. Will definitely visit again.
A meal here was highly recommended by locals. The interior decor of the pub looks good and makes for a pleasant atmosphere for a drink or meal. My steak was very well cooked, and service was friendly.
