Ideal travel stopover food. Overnight stop in Dubbo and upon recommendation from family we tried the Westside Bistro for dinner. Dining room open early was large and very spacious. Friendly staff more than happy to let two weary travellers order dinner around 6pm. The food didn’t take too long to arrive and was a massive serving when it did. The extra gravy you do pay for which seems steep at the time but then when it comes out the container is not unlike a bucket, plenty to go over everything and very tasty.The steak was overcooked, well done when medium rare was ordered; but everything else about our dinner here was great. Will be back when stopped in Dubbo again overnight.
