We always come back for their pho. Their other dishes are super delicious too. Good portions and authentic. The staff are always accommodating and friendly.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!! One year ago i came here for takeaway, the first issue i am writing about here is the old Vietnamese lady working here, this old Vietnamese lady was hitting on of the waitresses (a younger Vietnamese guy working in his 20s) and she kept giving him dirty looks, pushing him & hitting him when he did something wrong or was too slow, while we were waiting for our takeaway she went into the kitchen behind the counter and we heard her yelling and screaming at the chefs at the back and we heard slapping noises coming from a slipper, when we got the takeaway the food was very very average but that isnt the biggest problem. When you go to eat/takeaway at a restaurant you are meant to feel welcomed and happy and enjoy yourself but Minhs @ Dulwhich Hill made me so upset being there knowing that abuse and harm was happening to the workers.
Near my house, I’ve been a lot of time there, ia expensive but the taste of the food was really good, all the soup that they do simply amazing! Lovely staff and fast service! Love it
I wanted ramen but that happening in 2 sleeps. It was windy. We couldn’t eat inside because of Cobalt. Pho is on the diet under better choices. My partner had the ba ba ba, which I am assuming is the fosters of Vietnam. We started with the rice paper rolls. They seemed expensive but tasty. The beef pho was tasty but not as large as I would have liked.
We’ve had takeout from Minh a number of times as well as sitting in to eat once. We’ve mostly ordered from the vegetarian section of the menu, but everything we have tried has been super yummy and fresh. When we sat in we were the only customers but had lovely service. We’ll definitely keep coming back.I recommend the battered aubergine, it’s delish!
Minh is a nice restaurant if you want Vietnamese cuisine in a slightly more upmarket setting, without paying exorbitant prices. I came here a few weeks ago, for the second time. My friend only eats one noodle dish here (hu tieu kho dac biet), but everything we tried was good. That being said, hu tieu kho dac biet (vermicelli noodles in tomato based broth) is a clear winner. The pho is nice too, but there are other restaurants nearby also serving this and the quality and taste is about the same. We had banh xeo as well, which was nice, but I found it a little bit plain. adventureswithagourmand.wordpress.com
Had take away from here. Had there pork chop rice with pork patty and (both were small in size but that’s maybe because we got) sugar cane prawn with it,it was all nice. There mixed entree is unusual which includes spring rolls,prawn/chicken salad and pork patty. All good here. The ambience was not your usual Vietnamese noodle place but rather looking more like fine dining. Prices are reasonable and service, well the food take a while to come out. Better than expected
