A delicious lunch in lovely surroundings. I stopped off at Chillbillies for lunch today and just have to recommend their Thai fish cakes. With a side salad they are the perfect light meal. So yummy with a pot of green tea.

Country Treasure. My wife and I were just driving around the countryside on a very hot day. We stopped in Dungog and looked around for a place to have lunch. We selected Chillbillies and it was great:- air-conditioned- pleasant service- also sell quality productsMeals eaten:- Thai Beef Salad (myself) – very fresh, nicely spiced without going overboard- Ricotta tart & sala (wife) – again, it looked and tasted greatA very pleasant cafe-style establshment – will visit again if in the region.

A charming place to eat. Went to CHILLbillies for Sunday lunch and had a very enjoyable meal. The meals were very reasonably priced and the fish and chips I ordered was very tasty – there were even potato scallops included in the meal! The vegetables were all organic from a local farmers market, and the orange juice I ordered was a real treat, freshly made from organic oranges. Two musicians playing the dulcimer and the harp in the restaurant just completed the charming atmosphere. I will definitely go there again.
