We have group of 40 people Tonight. We made a booking the day before. We came on time. Each family paid as soon as ordered. People came after us got their food before us. Our food came in drips and drabs over the course of an hour and half. Every time when we querying we were brushed off. After everyone finished there’s still 2 people waiting for their meals. Upon third time checking with the staff we found out their order were never passed to the chef! 1 little boy cried with disappointment because his Mac and Cheese is terrible after he waited for so long! Worst of all none of the staff were least bit apologetic about it all! Worst experience ever never come again!BTW: NO vegan option at all!
Staff couldve been a bit friendlier, as they were a quite blunt. Ordered the Chicken Parma and chips with added ham. The Parma was cooked near perfect and the cheese along with the Napoli sauce was delicious. Parma was of decent size however the dish would’ve been complete with a side of salad. There was also the option to get vegies as opposed to the chips. The creamy sauce was good however the vegies werent sliced so was quite big and difficult to eat. All in all, probably the best Parma I’ve had in Albury.

Such a terrible meal last time. Staff screwed up order. Took ages to get drinks in the bistro bar. Kitchen took forever to send meals out. Steaks were over cooked, vegetables were bland and mushy.
