Nice place for Filipino desserts. It’s located near other Taiwanese eateries though, which seems like an odd location. Wasn’t very impressed with the service because the staff were all on their phones. But the food was good and the prices were cheap too. There is some inconsistency between the pictures presented and the food provided, which I found to be a bit odd.
