If you are looking for straight-forward and hassle-free Korean meals then this place is great. They have also included pho as part of their menu but it can be hit and miss (the flavours are slightly different to your usual pho – pho with a Korean twist).
The staff were very nice and the food served comes with side dishes as well. The cheese tteokbokki, kimbap and bulgogi was delicious! I would always come here again 🙂
one of my fave korean restaurants in eastwood because they do everything pretty well. the menu is small and so is the venue but the quality is consistently there. not much to say about the service but I can’t fault it either. great side dishes that are plentiful and ever changing.I’m a sucker for freshness in my food and probably because of the quantities they produce everything tastes recently prepared. this is reflected in the prices which aren’t comparatively cheap but this is a hardworking family business I am more than happy to support.
Dropped by this restaurant as many of the other restaurants in Eastwood were busy or were just simply closed late at night. The menu is simple yet their dishes are yummy and delicious, as they have simplied their menu and stuck to what their good at. I had the tonkatsu- pork cutlet and it was really yummy, especially when you combine it with side dishes. The portions are a decent size and good value for money. Can’t fault their food however the menu is limited. If your into Korean food, this is a small cosy little restaurant that is worth a try.
Love Korean restaurants in Eastwood!! Loving this place particularly for their street food. They call it dubboki which is a sticky, chewy rice cake in spicy sauce. I’ve compared to other places and found this one here is the best! Their seafood pancake also yuuummm!
I love this hole in the wall Korean restaurant. Yes it may not be as spacious as the other Korean places nearby, yes it may not have chimney hanging from the ceiling to suck away fumes from BBQ, yes it may not have a large variety of complimentary side dishes, but it was one of the cheapest Korean in Eastwood without the compromise of quality. I tried seafood pancake, seafood tofu stew, Bimbpap, and Korean BBQ squid, they were all delicious. The cooking happened in the back of restaurant but you could kind of see the actions. There were less than 20 seats in the entire shop but that only meant you wouldn’t have trouble getting service or their attention. It was my go to Korean lunch place on the weekend sometimes. thernbdiary.com
Looks very dingy, but the food is great!
