We wanted to sit inside today given it was a little windy but was told if we have a pram we needed to sit outside which didn’t have any coverings and the chairs werent the most comfortable, but I understand as when we went to pay the bill, the space is quite small. Food was fantastic, portions were very generous and came with a free drink as well if you ordered from their lunch specials. I would love to come again but may think twice about this location especially if with others and their babies.
Love the chilli mud crab and chilli barramundi! Simply delicious and I can seriously have the chilli barramundi every week! The service is relatively fast although sometimes theres a queue. Go to the branch at eastwood, the chefs are better there 🙂
The owner is really impolite. The waiter was asking us to walking and have a seat, while the owner rudely interrupted us to leave and wait. Then I confronted him, and he said:JUST WAIT!
MOD blocked entrance doorway. Food was boring. Cold drinks served warm and I can’t fathom why the EFTPOS minimum was $50 but the menu was relatively cheap. MOD was quite rude also. Do not recommend.
This place is a regular for me, not sure why this place has such a low rating. Good authentic flavours in most of the dishes I have tried. The hainan chicken is soft and delicious. The laksa probably could do with a bit more heat, but I do like to eat things hot. The seating is limited inside and out, but is typical for a hawker type restaurant. Wish they had roti on the menu.
Bad waiting staff and expensive food make it not work and they think non Chinese customers are bunch of fruit loops who orders 9 big dishes for 2 people!! And kept on asking to order more!!
Staff are like zombies with grumpy faces. Customer service is appalling, 0 stars. When we came here there were only few customers since maybe it was during lunch time, sat down and wrote down our orders and gave them to the staff. After 30 mins we were still waiting for our orders, we then ask the guy on the counter to follow up on our order. The same lifeless person that took our orders came back and handed us with the menu and piece of paper. No apology, not a care at all of other peoples time that they wasted. At this point we stood up and left. I wont be coming back to this restaurant again.
