Ordered two lemonades (pink, blue), iced latte, chocolate pie. Drinks were quite standard to any other cafe but there was a large selection of cakes and other foods. The price was quite fair for the quality. Service is very quick and very nice.recommend!
The matcha cakes are quite tasty. Not too sweet and the sponge is very light. Staff are friendly too. There isn’t much tea selection. I went there for afternoon tea and dessert after dinner and there isn’t much people around so it was good to catch up with friends.
Overpriced breads, cakes and pastries. Their coffee is pretty mediocre. It’s a pretty nice cafe to study at, but there’s no free wifi. The one at chatswood is probably better than the one in eastwood.
After Korean dinner, had to get some desert with my friend. My friend wanted to try the watermelon desert. I didn’t think it was good. The cake inside tasted a bit off but the watermelon was fresh. Had a green tea latter and a green tea frappe which was nice but a little to sweet. It was small and cozy inside.
Expecting to smell fresh bread but disappointed again, but at least they had a large selection of soft breads. Very quiet when I went, only an elderly couple seated the table across. All Korean staff as expected. Nothing to say about service.Sweet Potato cake was light, fluffy, balanced and perfect sweetness. In my opinion, it was made better than La Vigne across the road but loses in terms of flavour. Coffee was mediocre and wasnt as aromatic as La Vigne. There are little differentiation between the two bakeries on the Korean side of Eastwood station.
I haven’t been to the Korean side of Eastwood in a long, long time. Things have changed for the better,it use to be old looking and drab,no longer! Pishon patisserie was what we chose for dessert, simply because we were on that side of the street First impressions is it’s small inside. They have bread with various flavours for sale but the prices looked like more than they should charge for them We shared the chiffon mocha cake,I liked the softness and the cream but the other couple we were with found it a little too sweet My vanilla shake was what I expected, light in taste and not overly sweet Saw a rose watermelon cake and small round cheesecake, this place is jumping onto the bandwagon which is a good idea. Too bad after dinner I could only have so much. So far my impression is this place is above average
The cakes are at any amazing standard. The drinks and cakes are prepared freshly. The cafe has a very nice atmosphere, nice to catch up with old friends.
