What can I say? Its a rip off. This hot pot place feels like a hot pot place in small rural town. Trying to fool the Aussies. The food is bad……really bad and the price is ridiculous for the price.

To be honest- if there is a minus rating I would use that rating. First of all – 1) The owner is not friendly at all. The food is not that good because 2)50% everything is frozen( Prawn is an example – is frozen prawn – it is not fresh of cost- it is not even defrost- I meant they are really Frozen- It will take at least 10 min after you put in in the pot to be defrost and hot to eat. 3)Cleanness – Bowl is look dirty, the hot pot is even worst when I went to the bathroom, they are really dirty and were sitting on the side 4) There is no bin for you to chuck rubbish in 5) Soup base ( Broth) – oh my goodness – they are simply but adding chick stock. Summary – It not worth of trying – please stay away from the restaurant. Note we went there on 23/09/2017 at 5:30 PM.

We came in an hour before they were closing the restaurant and we were disappointed that they had packed up most of there food but still charged us the full buffet price. Other than that the restaurant has a good ambient. The concept of having your own individual hot pot eliminates any awkward situations about the choice of soup base. The staff were polite.
