the duck is ordinary level at bestand also didn’t worth the price. we could find another restaurant which has the exactly same flavour. but what really upset us was the way the fatter waiter treated us. when we booked the seatsyou didn’t tell us that you had the time policy. and at the time we leftthe waitersurprisinglytold my friend rudely you guys would not leave unless I kicked you out. the truth is that we just spent one hour on our meal. I do think that is insultingdisrespecting and frustrating. we came here for its reputation but not their insult.really do not go to that placeyou can find a better place.

Heard this restaurant has one of the best peking duck in Sydney but somehow I find it their style is a bit different as the meat is still attached to the skin, so if u want crispy duck skin you better find other restaurant. Don’t forget to book the duck before coming and I heard you can’t arrive too late as they might give your duck to other table. The sliced cucumber and shalot has already been there and it doesnt look fresh and a bit dry. Duck meat was succulent and juicy and you can ask them to cook the remaining duck in salt and pepper for extra $6 or as a soup for $3 – I like their former version better. The slow cooked pork belly is another must try according to the head chef/owner. He slow-cooked it for 7 hours and the meat is so tender, juicy, so fatty and flavourful! letsnomnom.net

The famous Peking duck from Good Luck Chinese Restaurant in Enfield is delicious. The whole duck was $70 including pancakes, shallots, cucumbers and my personal favourite the sauce! The duck itself was tender and juicy and the skin was perfectly crispy. We were very conservative on the duck as we were not sure on the ratio of duck to pancake, we shortly found out we needed more pancakes, sauce, cucumber and shallots which unfortunately cost us more money. The restaurant is far from extraordinary in terms of presentation and they have not spent much time on the menus however the friendly service and amazing food makes up for the lack of interior decor.

My Go To Place for Peking Duck in Chinese New Year, the hidden gem for one of the Best Peking Duck in Sydney (or NSW). The place does not look like it opens, but enter the door, as long as the OPEN sign is on. Do not expect fancy venue, fancy food nor fancy treatment. You shall be greeted with its honest owner, David, whom speaks fluent English as well as Mandarin. A few useful tips: 1. Please order your duck 24-48 hours prior to dine in. 2. You are expected to come on time. 3. If you are late and not letting them know, your duck may be given away to another table. Good Value for Money, their ducks do not smell like any other ducks and instead of San Choy Bau or Noodles, they make the 2nd course as duck soup, which is healthier and refreshing.

Came here because it was rated one of the best for peking duck in Sydney. Can’t call yourself a foodie unless you give it ago. The fact that it mandates for advance booking made us even more curious about this place.Must admit it was not easy to find this place, parking can be a challenge as well. When you open the door, there is a lady who were carving up the duck like a surgeon. Restaurant was full. Despite having booked the meal our food came out quite late. When asked for San Choy Bow or Duck Fried rice as the second dish, the lady rolled her eyes and responded as if we have committed cardinal sins. They consider themselves as the Main Stream Peking Duck Artisan not just the ordinary Chinese BBQ place disguising themselves as great Peking Duck joint. Now let’s talk about the dishes. The pancake is very fresh. One can easily tell it was home made. The thickness and shape looks like it has not QA processes. It does taste fresh no doubt. The sauce is a bit disappointing and sort of ruined the well prepared roast duck. The duck meat and the skin that comes with it are in generous sized cut. They are indeed juicy and tender. Although we are all full after the meal, our taste buds never really sent good signal to our brain. The hefty price tag, slow service and barely on par food quality make it a no-brainer decision to never come back.

if ur asian its probs the best bang for buck and best peking duck + sides to eat, if ur not, ur prolly just gona think its a run down place cause there’s no sweet and sour pork or honey chicken on the menu. A+ all the way
