Cafe De Hayley is a great addition to Epping’s cafe scene as this area has not been known to have good cafes.the cafe has a good breakfast and lunch menu paired with coffee from seven miles coffee roasters. their barista Peter (ex curl the whisker, Thornleigh) is not a new face in Sydney coffee scene. Hence you can expect some great quality coffee including rotating single origin coffees from different roasters. Peter also commands a terrific latte art skills.On my visit, I tried Ethiopian Mitiku Shanto Guji roasted by Disciple coffee Hustlers ( Monk bodhi dharma) from Melbourne as a filter. Ethiopian coffees are known for their floral aroma and this one was no exception.If you are in the area, do visit this place for some good quality coffee and food.
