Ive had great experiences at this restaurant – my personal favourites are the chicken & avocado roll, salmon nigiri & the miso soup (which is really flavoursome!). The prices are reasonable compared to other sushi restaurants & it is definitely my favourite in Epping.
We have been coming here a lot whenever we wanted jap food close to home. Its decent, quite fresh and offers a wide variety.Love their rolls, best one has to be the eel and the soft shell crab. All their. fried food isnt overly greasy. Price is usually reasonable and food comes quick.Not a bad place but dont expect anything too gourmet
The staff are not friendly, and often you can tell the staff are not in a good mood because of the tense atmosphere when you walk in. It often feels like they don’t care for quality and standards and this is also obviously reflected in the food.
So disappointed with this place!!! i have tried 4 times and am constantly dissatisfied. Sashimi is NOT fresh, its smaller portions than other places, they use the tube wasabi (at their prices you would think they would make their own like other higher priced places). Seafood udon also was terrible and bento is a collection and low quality and low quantity. It’s all packet food. If i ran that shop at those prices i don’t think my pride would ever let me charge a high ticket price and use cheap product. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! tonight was dismal and stupidly expensive small portions.
Bad Service! They don’t offer water and even forgot my miso soup which was included in the lunch box set. The staff’s attitude was not good, which made me feel uncomfortable. Don’t want to go there again.
Favourite local sushi restaurant! Salmon avocado salad is delicious and the sushi boat is such good value for money. Staff are always friendly.
Recommend the crunchy prawn rolls! The food is always consistent and the prices are really affordable unlike most Japanese places. The staff are really polite and friendly. Although their English skills might be lacking, they still provide excellent service either for take away or dine in
