Terrible attitude and service to customers. Have been a few times and they promote free Birthday Schnitzel. Booked for my Birthday and advised it was my Birthday, came with a large group and was then told when the bill came that they had no record of me registering for free Birthday shnitzel! Even though I had registerd and it was actually the day of my Birthday they would not honour the deal. We paid cash and left no tip. We were then chased out of the restraunt being accused we did not pay enough (the money was exact). I returned where the waiter counted it again and said it was correct. Customer relations are the poorest I have seen. I will not be returning nor will any of the 12 other people who attended that night.
