Having lived in Japan for many years I guess it is unfair of me to compare this restaurant to an equivalent vendor in Japan. I have no doubt that Aussies might dine here, and get quite excited about it….But to be honest, a commensurate culinary experience may be purchased from any average convenience store in Japan….Very average, with a high price-tag.
