Great seafood place with an amazing variety of fresh seafood options, cooked as per your choice. This was our 3rd visit and loved the experience and taste. If you are ordering anything from the grill, please request for chilly on top, it just takes the taste to another level 😉 Food price is reasonable and service is fast, no complaints so far!

Pretty substandard fish and chips. Fish was over salted and the chips were cut too thick so the inside was soggy. Didn’t manage to finish the chips. The place has some nice outdoor seating that wraps around the shop. There are public toilets nearby, but when I was there the taps weren’t working

I came here on a Friday night and it was really busy. The staff were friendly and were working really hard to get all the orders out. I ordered a takeaway order of a fillet of grilled fish ($8.40), salt and pepper calamari ($13.40) and 6 potato scallops ($5.30). I ordered at 6:55pm and I got the food at 7:25pm. I think Ace’s Seafood would benefit from a ticket system as it was really confusing with so many people there to know if your order was next or not. The food itself was not bad. The grilled fish seem quite fresh. The salt and pepper calamari was cut up in large flat pieces and it didn’t taste rubbery but I think it was not pleasant to eat as it was such a large chunk of calamari. The chips were quite nice and crunchy that came with the calamari. The potato scallops were quite large and nice – could have done with a bit more chicken salt. I sense that this place would be a great local fish and chip shop – not sure if I got an average experience because it was so busy. The staff seem quite hard working. I would have blogged about this one but I think a quick review was probably best. weekendfoodescapes.blogspot.com
