It’s positivity hard to find good Chinese style pork jerky North of the Harbour. These guys used to have a stall at the Chatswood Interchange & I used to stopped by to pick up some every so often, but they have now moved on further out to Ermington. Luckily they also run a market stall, and this time they are back at Chatswood for the street fair. Got a box each of the Original & Chilli. A bit pricy for $22, but they were well worth it as an indulgent savoury treat. They were juicy & moist with a good hint of sweetness. Some were bit burnt on the edges, but I didn’t mind it. The Chilli had good level of heat. Very moorish.
