Best pork roll I’ve had in Sydney hands down.Roll is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, the portion is super generous, fantastic pate and the fatty pork bits are heavenly.
My favourite pork roll vendor in the area. Very generous portions, nice pate, real mayo (not butter) and crunchy carrot and radish. What sets this place apart from some other bakeries is that in they use chunky pieces of chopped BBQ pork in the regular pork roll, not just the usual sliced cold cuts. Note: they will put lettuce in your pork roll unless you tell them beforehand.
