The Re:Publik Cafe is set in one of the most distinctive shops on Ettalong Beachs main shopping street. The shop was originally a furniture store, a haberdashery, a newsagency, an office, and most recently an eclectic clothing store. It is now after a few design changes and associated building works a destination for delicious high quality adventurous food and excellent coffees, teas and other beverages. The cafe is also home of the Waterline Art Gallery and Art Exhibitions on the Central Coast have a new dimension now. The Waterline Art Gallery Ettalong Beach at the Re:Publik Caf will exhibit work from local artists including potterers, and sculptors. The first show Colour and Light will be launched in March and coincides with the official opening. The gallery is a partnership between the caf and the established art incorporation The Makers Studio (TMS).
