  Without a doubt, Green Peppercorn is one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Ive visited countless times with friends and family. A great variety of quality dishes that are full of flavour and delicious!But tonight I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. Despite it being a relatively quiet Monday evening for the restaurant, my group of 13 still had to wait to get seated. We ordered a variety of dishes as I wanted my extended family to try all the delicious dishes on the menu. Service was slow as we waited for our dishes to come out one by one and when they did, it was wrong. The waiter told us we had ordered Crispy Pork Belly despite me questioning the waiter if we really did order it. He assured us we did so I looked pass it. 5 minutes later, the manager told us there had been a mistake with the order and that the Crispy Pork Belly wasnt in our order but we had to pay for it, her excuse being, you ordered too much food and the waiter made a mistake. You touched it so you pay. This was a mistake on the waiters side, so I dont agree with paying for a dish I did not order or want. We ended up paying for this dish. This happened with another dish as well but I was sure I didnt order that dish this time round and of course the waiter was wrong again. I think the waiters should take more accountability for their mistakes and actions. After this appalling experience, I will not be visiting again. The service is unacceptable and I wont be recommending this restaurant to my friends or family.
