Past by the area and looking for Lao food,we found this little gem called Won DeeThey have lunch specials which are roughly $10 depending what you get. Looking at the menu,a noodle soup which said lao speciality is kao biek sen Asked what this is,I believe I heard that noodles are made with flour? Don’t quote me on it The texture of the noodles is like it’s only semi cooked,not hard yet not soft The soup base had the thickness of like if you ordered chicken and corn soup from a Asian place This dish is not for everyone especially if you don’t like the course taste of liver Me and the missus found it strangely appealing. It’s something different and we liked it This is the only dish we tried but that dish for us is a yes!
