This place was pretty good under the old owners. Now the food tastes different. Maybe it’s the ingredients i don’t know. It’s better than pizza hut or dominoes and therr isn’t much italian in fairfield so give it a try.
Love love love their pastas!!! Amazing and generous servings with awesome customer service. Would recommend their oil based pastas. The steak here is not the greatest,mash was abit too mushy and the gravy sauce was way too salty. Either than that, love the place!
We ate here tonight for our first time. Drove past here so many times and get the car washed over the road and never knew this place was here. The mains were huge and tasted great very happy with both of them. Will be back for sure.
I came here twice: once for a friend’s birthday and once with my family.I will not go back.Being of Italian background, I know what good Italian food is when I eat it. Granted, the first time I went here for my friend’s birthday, the food was decent. My main complaint was uninvited, very small rock-like bits in my salad. I don’t believe it was washed before it was served to me and not only is this unhygienic, but the rocks could’ve damaged my teeth. However, that time I went, the pasta was alright.A month or so later, my family decided to go there for dinner. The pasta sauce was SWEET. NO pasta sauce is supposed to be sweet, especially Napoletano sauce. It spoilt all of our pasta dishes and ruined the evening.I can cook better pasta sauce at home.
Used to go here back in the 90s when it was owned by someone else (same name though) and all we had was pizza. We ate in and had them delivered too. We would have the pizzas at least twice a week. They were massive, fresh and consistent. After I moved away I heard it was under new management and so we went back recently for pizza. The pizzas are different to how I remember them but that’s always going to happen when you have new owners, but the pizzas were still very good. Was good to be back. Hard to find a better pizza in that area.
Food is phenomenal however some nights they lack in service, this restaurant is a small place but don’t be fooled 🙂 it’s a total gem! Serious authentic Italian food, no where has ever tasted the same after eating here 🙂
