Hubby and I love going to Kings Corner as we have never been disappointed with any vegetarian option we have selected. Also, the service is courteous and allows for customisation (with waitresses patiently noting down crazy customisation levels in our respective versions of the same rice/noodles). Only food that I have ever really not quite liked has been their Tom Yum Soup (vegetarian). Conveniently located in the Five Dock market area, I love sitting by their large windows!
Im glad I read the previous reviews – so I knew to expect hopeless service! I got takeaway (pad see ew and pad khi mao) and both were good. Not amazing, but for a cheap lunch ($9.90 each*) it was acceptable. The pad see ew seemed less oily than other takeaway places which was a plus! In summary, food is good (Id eat there again), but service is a bit hopeless.*they advertise $8.90 lunch specials but only one dish is this price. Other lunch items start at $9.90 and go up from there. Ive attached photos of the lunch menu (which isnt included in their takeaway paper menu).
