Their food is fresh and honestly AMAZING I have never ordered a dish I wasn’t blown away by; the portions are generous, the price is very generous – as I do with Thai I started with ordering pad Thai because if a Thai place does good or bad pad Thai you know more of the rest, and their pad thai is by far the best, by far. I have ordered delivery from other Thai places in this area and to say the very least I was not happy. Horrible, small portions and… Not good.. I know my food which is why I love this place. Will be my go-to weekly take away spot and I am always bringing people here with me to show them what I mean
AVOID them at ALL costs!!!We had used them on several occasions for Thai… until they didn’t address the food allergies (shellfish & mushroom) on a phone order. They even confirmed the order less the offending items on the phone. We always have to check that they have followed the order correctly & sometime we have to yell out to the cook to not put the offending items. So it appears the cook don’t follow the order correctly.I picked up the order & took it home to the family, where we found that several of the dishes had the non-grata items in them despite them confirming that these item were not to be in the dishes.I took the whole order back to them to address, but all they offered me was a free pack of prawn chips!!! – shellfish allergy!!! The reply & actions from the staff was shocking! I used their website to email their Head Office several time but have never had the courtesy of a reply.We have since found a better Thai closer to home at Forestway Shops – Thai Kitchen. Staff are friendly & always do the correct thing with food allergies.
