Place is always packed with local’s on week ends, but turns over very quickly. Great food and coffee. Has a cool Summer wine with live tunes during arvo beers.
There’s a lot of competition in Freshy but this place is a must. Great food, coffee and atmosphere, this is our favourite hangout on lazy sunday mornings.
If you like to eat excellent food and you appreciate a truly magnificent coffee, then this gem of a place is for you. It has such a relaxed feel inside and also heaps of outdoor space for when the sun is shining (or not shining, the outdoors is under cover too). This place really does make one of the best coffees that Sydney has to offer.

Most amazing muffins with different flavours on offer daily and coffee is the best in Freshwater. Other food on the menu is good and staff are friendly too.
We had been twice after a nice swim in Freshwater beach, as we are not from the area we were lucky to find Room for Ten. They always have been able to accommodate us and the food was superb! I recommend the Avocado on toast, pretty generous portion and the coffee is good too.The staff is friendly and we didn’t wait too long for our food. We willdefinitely go back 🙂
The zuchinni and corn fritters were excellent, and priced well. Steve is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Seating options inside, or covered outside, were comfortable and allowed for great people-watching and enjoying the beauty of the area. So glad we made a point to stop in!
