We went here for breakfast. Their coffee was a bit weak but since I prefer my long black weak, it was perfect for me. I also ordered for the broccoli salad with smoked salmon and poached egg. I was not a fan except for the toasted bread that came with it. It makes me want to come back to get some of their bread, that’s how good the bread was. My partner ordered their banana bread french toast and he really liked it he was giving it a 4 rating.
Quick lunch at Mercato e Cucina (the restaurant part). I had the entree size squid ink ravioli which was filled with swordfish and served with heirloom tomato, smoked eggplant, fresh herbs garlic & olive oil. Quite tasty. Finished off with a coffeeand the Sinfonia di Cioccolato, dark chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse, honey chocolate waffle, coconut & cinnamon crumble with coconut gelato. Didn’t quite like the dessert, a bit sweet for me. Dishes are slightly pricey but probably expected in a more upmarket Italian restaurant. theengineereats.com
