They actually have an interesting range of alternatives like lamb and braised beef but I went straight for the simple beef and the patty was good – smooth juicy consistency and they’d seared it well so the crust was crunchy but the interior was cooked just a bit past medium. I still managed to bite into a chunk of gristle, don’t know where that came from, and the rest of the burger doesn’t do much, mostly just lots of ketchup and mayo for flavour. The beef quality and $10 price still makes it much better value than most of the trendy places.
