Quaint little cafe with some good looking vegan options. Tried the chocolate cake and spice cookie, and got a coffee too. Service was a bit slow, however they were very busy. very friendly none the less. Will come back some time to try some of their regular options, and update my review.
I’m a big fan of the food at Saint Johns, in particular the cakes and muffins on offer. All the staff are so welcoming. I’m always running into Glebe locals for chat. With it’s mini-renovation it’s far more stylish and colourful so a great place to take a friend experiencing glebe, a client or really just yourself.
Ate there for breakfast. I ordered ham hock hash. But sadly the portion was too small for the price. They just fill half of the bowl. I feel like I was paying for bunch of leaves,1 egg and little bit of ham.But the staffs r friendly and their coffe is nice.
Any cafe that serves the bread and pastries of Brickfields Chippendale gets two thumbs up. Located near the corner of St Johns Road and Glebe Point Road, Saint John Espresso offers table service with really friendly waitstaff. I had the Brickfields banana bread and oh boy was it good. The thick mound of soft bread was delectable and each mouthful more scrumptious than the one before. Definitely a great cafe to visit
