A pleasant French Japanese fusion style cafe which has become a part of the breakfast scene in Glebe over the past decade or so. Always tasty and well presented dishes which are served with a little bit of finesse.

Lovely setting bad chai bad service. I stopped here today with my daughter for a treat after her ballet class. It wasn’t busy but we were ignored for over 10 mins then Went inside to order. The food looked nice and they had gf which was great but I ordered a soy chai latte and when it came it was undrinkable. Clumps of cinnamon ‘sprinkles’ filled your mouth and the leaf style chai wAs really over brewed – very bitter and far too intense on the spice flavours. I am used to a fairly broad experience ordering chais but this one was disgusting. The owner guy never actually enquired what was wrong with it nor did he apologise instead he started preaching about the great brand Of leaves he uses and charged me for it anyway.I get these things happen from time to time but the service here was terrible and I won’t be back- too many other great cafs to choose from

Charming and relaxed. So nice to go to a place for brunch that is just relaxing and the food interesting, and not interesting in the indiecafe with mass following type of way, the food is delicious and menu is simple and tasty

Was sad that I left chippendale as I had my regular coffee joint there but pleasantly surprised that I found this one right next door to my new place! Love the place! Coffee wasn’t from my favourite beans but I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it is! Owners are very friendly and food is great. Even when they see you on the street (they park on my street) theyd wave hello! Japanese barista with tatts (i moved a year ago so am very terribly sorry I forgot her name- yuki(?)) makes great coffee and treats regulars very well! Owners hve a florist opposite the road so the cafe is always decorated with fresh flowers and decor is delightful. The cafe is also a gallery so theres always a nice change of art pieces once in a while. you can even buy a piece that fancies you! When you get a nice seat alfresco you feel like you’re in your own well tended garden. The road is not too busy so having a book or newspaper read is great when you have brunch. Relaxing and wonderful. Definitely one of my top cafes in Sydney. Oh also there’s a nice long table inside in an open area for a gathering of 8 (prior booking perhaps?) albeit a little less sunny compared to outside.
