Tried their Fillet Steak, surprisingly it was not bad at all. Very tender and doneness was just right. But, i would recommend their Marinara pasta! You’ll get a good amount of seafood in a pasta with a perfect mix of garlic and wine in cream base. The texture of the noodle was also good.

Old fashioned American inspired diner interior, harking back to the days when every Aussie town had a ‘milk bar cafe’. Paragon boasts a very extensive menu, home style meals, big servings. The service was unfussy and friendly. Crumbed lamb cutlets with gravy, chips and veggies was ample, just like what your Grandma might have served back in the day. Lots of yummy dessert options, including a whole menu of sundaes. Loved the kitsch experience, like a nostalgic trip to the past, make sure you save room for dessert!!

Been coming here for over 40 years. Its off the freeway but so worth turning off instead of stopping at those disgusting fast food outlets. Best cafe latte and eggs benedict. Not to mention the ambience.

Not to happy with my visit here .. much talk about a place i was quiet disappointed about in terms of the meal i ordered. i ordered the Chicken Pesto which was a fettuccine pasta made with canned pesto ?? which i found appalling. In addition to this their were about 2 pieces of sundries tomato which is definitely not enough to make the flavours work. Will definitely rethink my order if i go again.
