The best charcoal chicken in Sydney. The chicken has a hint of zest to it. Im guessing it is some kind of fruity marinade they use. Couple that with silky smooth garlic sauce and its a winning combination. Ive been to other middle eastern places that only specialise in the garlic and it never tastes the same as this place. Only downside is it is very busy and not much parking. I tend to have better luck at their Punchbowl restaurant.

The Sydney Mecca of Charcoal chicken! It’s 5pm on Sunday afternoon, too early for dinner, but the place was already packed with people. The got a quarter chicken to eat in (which came with Lebanese bread, garlic sauce & pickles), and another half a chicken for takeaway. The chicken was delicious, juicy & very flavoursome, smokiness from the charcoal. What made it truely amazing is eating it all together with the Lebanese bread with the garlic sauce & a piece of pickle. Yumminess is indescribable! The best think about this is that it cost only about $13! That’s including half a chicken takeaway. Can’t beat that!

BEST GARLIC SAUCE & WRAP Must Order: whole chicken, garlic sauce, hummus sauce, french fries!!The best thing is to mix them all in one wrap (for free).Queue can be long but food is as quick as 10 mins.

I think the chicken used to be juicier, but it is still smoky and flavourful when I went back last week.Loved the garlic sauce, best i’ve had! And the chips are really good too, very crunchy and generous portion. Not going to be picky with what i’m paying, very happy with our meal.

With all the hype around this place I had to try it and I finally had the time to visit this place. The chicken being the most famous dish, I ordered a portion of chicken roast and some falafels and shawarmas for the night. To my disappointment, the chicken was nothing special and tasted like any other roast. Out of the rolls, I like the lamb roll the most as it was very tender and went well with the sauces. Pocket friendly place but not worth the travel.

The restaurant is famous for its grilled chicken and garlic sauce. A lot of people eat in and buy takeaway. The fattoush salad and pickle are very nice too. Friends packed the chicken & garlic sauce into esky and took them back to HongKong.

The food was okay but not worth the hour wait outside in the rain. The staff were slow and a tad lazy but we didnt have to wait toooo long for food but it would be nice
