Large variety of food, foods pretty good for pub food. Staff were pretty good. Place was clean, the music was really loud for a lunch cover, practically shouting across the table. The place was pretty busy but food came out really fast. Dinner is hard to get a table – had a table for 30 adults booked for 3 months and the week of booking i called to confirm booking and they had no recollection of booking (apparently the event manager left and and my booking left with her) so they could only offer me multiple different tables spread over the entire hotel.

Nice fit out here with a modern decor. Menu has a lot of classic items as well as some interesting options as well. We had the beef nachos, chicken caesar and pulled pork burger. Food tasted great, but was a tad pricy. Service was friendly, order at the counter and food is served to you. However the table service was a little chaotic. Staff were having trouble finding the correct tables to serve the food, so it would’ve been more efficient to have our buzzers go off when the food was ready and we could collect it ourselves. Wait for food wasn’t quick either especially during a peak lunch period. We enjoyed our lunch though, and I’d definitely return to try the cheeseburger spring rolls which sounded so tasty!

We went there as 2 couples and ordered our food separately. My friends ordered 2 minutes after us and their order of Bangers and Mash, which they both had, came out nearly an hour after we were served our meals. I ordered the Tempura battered Fish and Chips with a little bit of salad. The fish had just normal batter and the salad came undressed. The serving size was just ok for a $19 pub meal. My partner had a Chicken Caesar salad which she said was nice and it was a good size. My friend’s Bangers and Mash was a good size and was also nice. They also put on a live band, which we were the furthest you could get away from with walls between us, but we had to leave because we couldn’t hear what each other were saying. The place isn’t very big and the music was way too loud for the size of the place.

Place looks great. Food …the wings are aweful and the sauce is the worst. Yhere needs to be celerey with the blue cheese and the wings themself are poor quality. Matgaritas are made with a mix by people who dont even know how to do that

I went there to Celebrate my Birthday and had 20people join me at the Hotel ! My & my partners food was so bad! we asked for our money back, my other quest also had issues with their meals !! I would never go back for Lunch or Dinner there again and will be spreading the word around that the food is shit..

We had a lovely meal here last night. Pizza was great and the pork knuckle was fantastic. Lovely pub with live music to relax and listen to. It was very busy but the staff did a very efficient job. We really enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere… we will defiantly return.

Unfortunately I agree with most of the reviews. The hotel is beautiful and has so much potential but the food is a massive let down. The pork knuckle was like eating straight salt and the garlic bread was shocking – how can you stuff up garlic bread, seriously? The bar staff did not know how to make their advertised cocktail specials and they were incredibly pricey anyway. This hotel needs an innovative and amazing bistro to match its appearance so hopefully the owners will see these reviews and make some changes.
