Getting back to the true roots of regional Italian food. Our ever changing seasonal menu is based on true regional Italian dishes using local produce from our wonderful farmers and producers. We don't reinvent the wheel, and our food is not modern - we are bringing back and keeping alive the old recipes which are being forgotten.
