Pretty disappointed with the new menu changes. My partner and I have been going here for a couple of years now. The corn fritters are usually great and the coffee is always good… however we were pretty let down when we visited a couple of weeks ago. They do a breakfast grazing plate which used to be awesome. It used to have a chicken and mayo mix with roasted pine nuts in it. It was served with sourdough, ricotta, beautiful homemade tomato relish and avocado….. now it’s changed… chicken is gone. Smoked salmon or prosciutto are the options. When it came out it was 2 small pieces of cold toast, a couple of slices of unripe tomatoes, a quarter of an avo and a spoon of ricotta… all for an inflated price of $18. No technical talent was required at all… my 6year old could make this at home.Do yourself a favour BN, if you’re going to keep changing the menu, then make it as good as if not better then the preexisting. And if you’re going to dish out basic meals then at least ensure the product is fresh and ripe, and spend a bit more time on presentation. Money is tight these days so customers will go elsewhere if you don’t deliver on quality.
