Terrible is an understatement. Ordered a medium teriyaki chicken and avo and a pork gyoza. There was more rice around the outside then chicken and couldn’t taste the teriyaki. They gave me prawn gyoza which tasted way way way too fishy and charged me 50C for ginger. Never going back!
So delicious. Not traditional sushi, really, but who cares when it tastes out of control good. Cooked tuna and avocado roll is a must try, ridiculous balance of sweet and tang? Just eat it and thank me later. Love it. So great. Frothing.

The sushi is fresh, but no interesting variety: just tuna and salmon. Sashimi squid, no. Kingfish, forget it.Very pedestrian offerings, fine if you want a quick meal to take home if you’re coming back from a train commute (it’s right next to the station). A little over priced for such basic offerings.Want to vary something, a curt no.My advise, go to Kirrawee.
Quick, Fresh and Tasty. I haven’t eaten at any of the other Kanakawa locations, but this one is up to their typical standards by the report of friends. So if you’ve tried one of their other venues, this one won’t disappoint. When we last ordered from them, we got enough take away for three people, including sashimi, seaweed salad and their soft shell crab special. Everything was very fresh, especially the salmon. They also had our order prepared, packed and ready for us to pick up in less than fifteen minutes.Since they’re so close to the train station, their speed makes them an ideal shop to stop by on the way home from a day in the city or from work.
