The Barra is a great local restaurant, with friendly service and fresh food. The grilled chilli barramundi is a work of art, and served with chips and choice of salad. Not your limp lettuce and tomato salads. A Barra salad is generous, almost a meal itself. Six varieties, I love the beetroot, sweet potato, coleslaw. And all meals are served with chips. I don’t know where the $80 a couple rating comes from, I eat there often and we never pay more than $45 a couple. The Liquorland is a couple of doors away, and the friendly host will supply glasses with a smile. Do yourself a favour, try The Barra.
