Great idea but very disappointing. I love the concept but it is very poorly executed. We have had coffee & breakfast previously & it has been OK, not great. We had lunch recently & it was very poor. The service was very slow & not really engaged & the food was not good. We waited over half an hour for very simple food. It was cold & was definitely meant to be hot or at least warm. We will not be calling here again.
